- Payment return is not payment proof. /api/quotes remains a no-charge quote request, not a purchase.

- PDF decision brief with source index; one 20-minute handover. Intake decision/refund initiation: two Vancouver business days after complete intake.
- Five-business-day delivery begins after acceptance and receipt of agreed readable records. One factual-correction pass requested within seven calendar days.
- Old intake snapshots are retained; forms do not charge, confirm payment or accept scope.
