Who receives your request
Cyberdile receives and handles your request. The terms identify the operator. Correspondence: Suite 404, 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 3T4. Use the contact page for privacy questions.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, optional organization, selected service, message, optional budget and timing, and permission to reply. A request reference helps us process a submission and avoid duplicates.
How it is used
We use your message to assess fit, propose a scope and correspond with you. It is stored on our operated infrastructure and delivered through XXV Mail. A request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Payment and review intake
PayPal processes payment outside this website for the seller identified in the terms. Do not enter payment-card details in our contact form. A review intake may include a transaction reference and a brief project question. These help reconcile the merchant record; a reference or receipt alone does not verify a payment. Confidential project files use a separately agreed channel.
Records for commissioned work
Transfer method, access, retention and permitted use are agreed before you send project files. Do not send passwords, full financial account details or material you are not entitled to share through the first-contact form.
Retention and your choices
We review uncommissioned inquiries after 90 days and remove information no longer needed, subject to legal or recordkeeping obligations. Agreed engagement records follow their written terms. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
Website browsing
This website has no advertising trackers, remote fonts or analytics cookies. The printable checklist holds choices only in the open page. Essential server security controls can process network metadata. Downloaded copies remain on your device.
AI processing
The website form does not run your request through an AI model. Any AI-assisted handling of commissioned material is addressed in the agreed scope and data-handling terms.
